Remove BICU board and laser assembly. Fit the new BICU board first and power up the machine to confirm it is a good BICU board before reconnecting the laser assembly containing the new polygon motor. You will get errors but a lit screen. This way it confirms a good BICU board. Then connect the laser unit.
