Looks like you need to run line position adjustment. Start with the coarse and work your way to the fine adjustment.

Check the line positioning result to see what went wrong during the latest adjustment. I don't think you can correct this by using SP2-111-003 and SP2-111-001. Don't think the machine can correct this by itself because deviation is too large. Also check this post :

I would check the post eric mentioned. Clean the ID sensors, check the PMs on the PCUs make sure they arent hard to turn, and check your transfer belt for any binding. Eliminate mechanical problems like the belt and drums as well as checking your alignment SPs. You may also try updating firmware if your having issues with ACC failing. Thats where i would start, i have had a few throw off alignment because drum blades were dry and dragging one pcu. I can usually tell if its a drum by printing off the color gradient pattern like acc does you can tell if they all look straight except one is moved up/down or sideways then that drum may be dragging. if nothings lined up i would lean towards the xfer belt unit depending on what the total page count is on the ITB, a machine over 600-700,000 pages has pretty much run its course so EM parts like that can go out.

                    IF your
colour registration and auto colour calibration not working, check your controller board have connect properly or not......

If the Auto Calibration is not working, I think the problem will be back soon.

Auto color calibration has more to do with image density than line position. Make sure that the optics are clean and that there aren't any PCUs or development units that are due to be replaced.
