On newer boxes, this code usually refers to some sort of line noise in the ac power. A good surge supressor/line conditioner can help, but there might be other items on the line causing noise as well.
On this particular model, it is referring to a zero cross signal malfunction.
Causes, as per the manual, are:
Power supply unit defective
Input board defective
BICU defective
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Comptia A+, Comptia Network+
If you've already changed the PSU, it can also be the input power, the code means that the AC frequency is not as required. For example in the US, AC frequency is 60Hz and SC 547 comes up if the machine detects a deviation from that. As has been suggested, get a quality line filter.
