ricoh sp c820 dn printing a3

Greetings all, I have this question I have a ricoh sp C820 dn laser printer A3 recently I have problems fixing it appears that the merger may not be perfect on paper, toners are original, could be a problem of the starter? second question you can change the starter on this car? why do not I find them on the market, those who have had experience with this printer can tell me a hint?
from the outset that the printer indicates to replace the units on the display image and the fuser and not know how to reset

You talk about the "starter of this car"? Don't know exactly what you mean by this. Maybe you should try another translation...

If you are referring to problems with toner fusing to the paper, it could be that the user settings for the paper being used are not correct. You might check that. The developer is quite unlikely to be the problem.
You will need to get the toner from Ricoh if you can't find non-OEM supplies, and you will be better off doing that, too.
In general if a printer displays a message to replace a unit, it is a good idea to order that unit. You don't need to replace the unit until the machine stops printing, though.
Sorry, I don't get the "car starter" thing in your initial post either. Maybe starter toners? They are only for to make sure the printer gets the initial adjustments correct right out of the box. That's why they are limited.
        Good luck.
