Ricoh MP c4502 error

Hello

I have Ricoh MP c4502 and i got red error 554.00 after starting. What will meaning?

some technicians said it will be controller board or nvram.

but i m not sure of that.

Instead of changing controller board or nvram change technician. I can't believe you have to change half of the machine for a fuser problem. Tell him to order a fuse to enable the option to reset the error after changing the parts that needs to be changed.

Also check if the fusing sleeve unit is still good. If it is already defective, replace it. When you order a fusing sleeve unit, fuse is already included.

sharpmind , the dog in the picture looks good sleep after having repaired a large photocopier and 1 bottle

I bought manual from justmanuals but precious experience of senior tech cannot be remplace by manual. So it s the reason of the forum : share experience.

so pls can i have part number of fuse and fusing sleeve. I do not want to make a mistake when I would do the command.

LOL..The dog needs time to relax after troubleshooting the bloody machine.

The part number of fusing sleeve unit is D1444082. The fuse is already included when you buy fusing sleeve unit. But if you want fuse only, you can buy from electronic shop. Just choose the lowest ampere.
