    also ....clean copper bushings before you put charge roller back into pcu ...had many times causing background ...it should help you

        Set the doctor blade to .35mm.
        You may have too much of a brush on the mag roller.
        Seen these come out of the factory@ 1.00 mm.
        Why do they call it common sense?

        If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?
