Im New User here.

Can i ask is there any solution to solve the SC Code 819 in Model MP5000 ?

Because is very very very expensive if i buy a new Controller Board for replace MP5000.

Do you want us to collect money and send him a new Controller? If the Controller is indeed faulty you'll have to replace it. And yes, Controller Boards are not the cheapest parts, but sometimes you have no choice.

Yeap ... I saw into the website search engine and it show alot of SC819.

But it seems doesn't not show specific answer and i had try few of it and still cannot settle the problem.

Do you want us to collect money and send him a new Controller? If the Controller is indeed faulty you'll have to replace it. And yes, Controller Boards are not the cheapest parts, but sometimes you have no choice.

Look Like is more mainly Firmware Problem.

Does everyone have the Firmware of MP5000 (English Version) ? Need some help over here.

Seems Like firmware problem, May i know anyone have the Firmware of Ricoh MP5000 (English Version).

Really need some help here or else i need to spend money to buy the controller board and is very very expensive.
