    [CQ] MPC4500 Yellow background on Copies

    Hi all
    got a problem with yellow background on copies when using full colour ? Also leaving a multicolour mark on copies like a rainbow?

    has anyone had this issue? Going to customers tomorrow to see if I can sort it.

    any ideas would be appreciated

      Your so-called "rainbow pattern" is the music pattern, and means that the ITB cleaning assy needs to be replaced.
      As for the "Yellow background"? Probably just a drum and/or dev issue.
      Difficult to say exactly, when all we have is your description of a customer's description of a problem Sounds like a pretty routine call.

          No problem customer has reported this I havnt been out yet. I have a MPC4000 ITB Cleaning ASSY will this fit ? Or can I strip it down and use the parts on the 4500 one?

          Also I will check pcu tomorrow and if I can't solve this I'll reply with a sample attached
