Pro C651EX skew

I have replaced the stop gate, swing gate assembly, all new plastic cams, new drive (buckle) rollers, all new spring pressure bushings. I still get about 2mm skew when the skew adjustment is in the middle. It will straighten out when adjusted all the way to the right. Any ideas?

I would replace the rubber reg roller, I had one that i had to replace because customer ran coated paper.

Correct, it's solid rubber from end to end.
