Fuser Web Cleaning

Hi guys !
I replaced the Fuser Web Cleaning and the print starts to not fuse the toner in the paper.
i checked all values in fuser config and it was ok.
then i checked the Cleaning Web, so it was not original from Ricoh, it was OEM.
To solve i just bought a original replaced and done ! all ok again !

Have anyone got issues like that ?

I have not had that problem with any webs , but I only use Ricoh webs. Your box has an oem Ricoh part # and another part # so you know it's NOT oem. I would imagine it has something to do with the oil on that brand of web. Good info though. Thanx
