Yes using direct print drivers in some cases.
IE./Web viewers can send false printer control characters down the file stream.
You may need to clean out the print spooler folder and restart print spooler.Inauguration to the "AI cancel-culture" fraternity 1997...

There are a number of threads concerning SC899 on Ricohs. The first thing to do is make certain that the firmware is up to date, especially the Print and PCL firmware. If you are an authorized Ricoh tech, you should be able to download them from MyRicoh. If you are not, call your local Ricoh branch or Ricoh Family Group dealer and have them send a tech out to update for you. In the mean time, avoid printing from Internet Explorer 8, 9 or 10. Firefox and Google Chrome are not as prone to problems. One thing to do from IE is to print preview and then print form the preview. This flattens the print(removes moving text).Comment
