Scan to email Mp2501 file name does not change

Hi all

I have a customer that scans multiple pages separately to email one after each other the issue is that the file name (20141014023.pdf) of the attached scanned documents does not change so if the customer wants to save them all into one folder she has to rename the files all the time and they say its time consuming. I have set the scanner reset timer to its lowest any suggestions next step I wil try is firmware has anyone had this issue before?

Scanner SP-1015, set to '1' (time stamp to file name). This will add the hr/min/sec to the date, thus making each job end in a different number.
