[Error Code] ricoh errors 396 and 352

i have a church that i' m trying to help out and they have the ricoh c2050 and it keeps given them the sc396 error. i have looked at the ricoh codes on the site and only found one, can someone give me some incite on this code i think it has some thing to do with the black imaging unit but that is it
the other is a sc350 code and i have cleaned all. this machine has been in storage and i think it need developer replaced but it copies just fine it only when she prints to it that she get this code?

SC352 & 350 don't exist.

On monochrome machines SC 350 was an ID sensor error. If you do not have a copy of Goose's Guide, you need to search the forum for it. I know it there because I am one of the people who posted it.
