[Error Code] SC 870 within Ricoh aficio 2027

Our problem concentrate that we have copier Ricoh aficio 2027 worked well then we installed printer kit and machine worked as printer for few paper printer after that LCD displayed sc 870 just when click order print:
but we noticed that machine work in copier no problem and also we print configuration page without any problem.

HDD failure. You might be able to reformat with SP 5846. Otherwise, replace either the HDD or the machine.

Use sp mode 5-846-50 to Initialize All Addr Book and SC870 will disappear

Hello. I had the same problem several times, in some cases as they say change the disk hard, in another were the ram memories, and in other cases have removed the hard disk, you can print but can not scan as does the manual but you can right through the twain scanner, with programs like paperport and others, I hope I can help, Greetings

Push scan, that is scan to email or folder, utilizes the HDD as temporary storage before send the entire page/document. Pull scan using TWAIN does not.
