If this is the only problem, then you have lost the address book. Reformat the address book portion of the HDD. If you are getting other HDD related errors, you may have to reformat or replace the entire HDD.

Sc 870 is address book data error , it means that the the address book data cant be read from the HD or SD card where it is stored , or the data read from the media is defective.
