Have a customer with and iPad wants to print to a Ricoh MP C4501. Installed Ricoh Smart Print Scan. Device not found tried with IP address also.
My Android phone will also not find the device. The browser on the android will see the MP C4501 but the browser on the iPad will not...
Other than firmware up grade in other ideas..
Same customer has the same setup at a different location with a MP C4500 works like a charm
