    The Mag roller could do this. Is the surface of the roller damaged?

    Agreed.
    I would just add that if the Drum and Dev, PCR, are not Genuine too, and if you haven't dis-assembled the toner hopper and vacuumed out the remains of all that generic stuff (if it's being used), make sure you do all that, and IF you still have problems, THEN we can talk about it, because it sure looks like Generic crap is your problem to me.

    RICOH 2018 bad copies

    went to a machine with "lines" on the page, it was horizontal streaks from top to bottom. checked pcu and the drum was covered with used toner, so i rebuilt pcu ( drum, charge roller, cleaning roller, drum cleaning blade ) and cleaned out the waste toner area. still getting the same thing. checked the pcu and still had used toner on the drum. the first image is of the counter list the black triangle at the top has a faint double image to the left and the second image is a blank copy. thanks for any help or advice!!
