    savin 2513 with sc544 error

I checked continuity on 120 cable into fuser with it unplugged from psu. Checked ok. Thermistor read 393k ohms. I did clear mode 107 then unplug and plug back in. Still the same. Is the triac bad on the psu?
I am a tech for printers but savin is new to me.

SC544 is a heating roller fusing lamp error (overheat) so either your thermistors is damaged, fusing lamp is burned out, or fusing belt is damage. My guess is the lamp. Also use the fusing error reset 5810 in service mode not just logging in and shutting down. Cheers.

The lamp shows continuity never checked for any resistive value. I am not familiar with anything in service mode on these. I dont have a clue about 5810. I will download a manual tonight. I work on hp,lexmark, kyocera, dell, samsung, brother, and canon.
