printing problem with aficio mp w2401 !

i have a problem with printing some pdf and tiff files on a machine aficio mp w2401 , it's either the file printed small size in middle of A0 or it's cut and printed on several A0 ,
what i want is that the file printed complete on A0 paper
have anyone faced this problem before ? is there any ricoh software that can manage those kind of prints ?
any helpful suggestion would be great

Change the settings for "Memory usage" to "Font priority" in the "Printer Features" from "User Tools" or WIM.

Also, when you are printing PDF from Adobe, check that the paper size is set correctly and that fit to page is checked.

i checked the paper size and also fit to page and the same result !
before the ricoh aficio my client has a xerox machine and had the same problems with some tiff and pdf so the xerox gay installed a program called "xerox plotter" that you can put the file on it and it printed normally i wonder if ricoh have some soft like this !

I don't think Ricoh has any such software. You might try loading Ghostscript. You can also try using IrfanView with all add ins.

i try to take my laptop and try infranview !
btw here is an example of a pdf file that they could not print

Try to print directly "PDF Direct Print" or "Webprint" "http://(machine's address)/webprint/index.html

Another way, please use Synchro Cut instead of Preset Cut.
User Tools/Counter > Extended Feature Settings > GL/2&TIFF > General Settings > Cut Method > Synchro Cut

thank you for infraview i tried it , and i was able to print in the whole page but it's stretched ! and thanks to you i found that i want to print a long page and thats may solve my problem !

and thank you slimslob for your suggestions i already tried web print tool with no result , and also this morning tried to change to Synchro Cut and the problem still the same !

now what i want is to print a longer printing than A0 ,i don't know how to do it ? any help would be great thanks in advance

PS : when i try to change the paper setting from my laptop , i get a message in plotter saying that paper parameter are not correct do you want to reset the job .... something like that !

hey everybody
i found a way to print in long print paper

for example for pdf file i click on file>properties then i look for page size and it's something like 144.46*32.66 , i write it down then in printer properties i choose custom paper size an i enter that 144.46*32.66 then i could print it perfectly with irfanview and foxit reader also ,
