[Jamming] paper jam cannot be reset in spc811 printer

hello friends
in printer ricoh spc811 , while printing the main power is gone down then returned after a while , there was a paper jam occurred, removed as normal ,the signal is still the same , machine said search in C, that means fuser area , we checked ,nothing wrong , does it a matter of bad sensor or something happened in the
boards , or stupid problem

It could be a bad sensor or a small scarp of paper setting on the sensor. It could also be a bad door switch. If the printer does not detect that the door has been opened and closed, the jam indication will clear.

I agree with everything slimslob said.

I just wanted to add that you sometimes need to open and close the little door at the top of the duplex unit to clear the jam message. (see attachment)
I constantly forget this and start to think the worst.

I've had a faulty fuser connector on a SPC811DN at a school where the pins had been damaged / pushed in, that also displayed as a jam at C that wouldn't reset.
