    ricoh aficio mpc7500 with sr4010 finisher i have checked service manuals and could not find dip switch info

    The US version of the hole punch unit is probably different.

    Letter size would commonly be hole punched with 2 or 3 holes, but probably not 4 holes as Letter is shorter than A4.
