Why did you think it would be ok to do a memory all clear an still expect the machine to work properly
call a qualified tech he will fix it

Re: ricoh mp4000 coping color-originals problem

By doing the memory all clear you have defaulted all the values within the machine
the machine needs to set back up correctly to the values on the machine birth certificate (mainly the scanner read settings)

you are not a tech and you are messing about with the machine service settings

providing untrained people with the information on how to resolve this issue would likley only cause more problems

my best advise is to call your tech explain to him you have done a memory all clear on the machine
and ask him to reinstall the birth certificate values (if you have it) into the machine

Defaulting all values means User Tool and application defaults set from the application screen. It is probably also scanning as TIFF instead of PDF. How to change the values is in the Operators Manual. You should be able to look that up yourself.

It is not an SP setting that you need to change. After you have changed the required value you must then Register the Default. Again it is in the OPERATORS manual not the service manual. Scan Type, Resolution, Scan Size are Operator settings that the user can change as desired.

ok it's the solution to register the settings : but is the 4450 value will registered with this method?

No. Register the defaults settings only stores user settings. You have to change the Scan Settings in the scan function screen then register the defaults. It is all operator functions.
