    Ricoh MP 2510 wrinkling copies

    I have a Ricoh 2510 that has wrinkled copies, I installed new hot, pressure and cleaning rollers. If I run the paper 8 by 11r its ok. However the needs to run paper both 8 by 11 and 8 by 11r. Any ideas would be appreciated
