CW2200 manufacter date

Hi, All. I've been looking at the bulletins on this box, and there appears to be a problem with some resin covered bearings cracking if manufactured before early 2014. No date on the machine tag, but here is the QC code on the tag. D123457E084Q610084406416931. Is the manufacture date in there somewhere?
