RICOH AFICIO MPC305SPF Error code SC370-00

Hi First time servicing this machine, Customer called with code SC370-00 error,I purchased service manual and looked up code.If I understood manual correctly(and Im not sure I have)this seems to be id sensor issue with a number of possible causes,Am I correct about this? and if so can you offer some advice on what you have experienced with this code. Im trying to find reset procedure,but this manual is huge, THANKS FOR ANY POSSIBLE HELP. ANDY

Check density of CMYK - The laser units tend to "pop up" on this model causing odd images/density.
Easy to check, on screw and the lid is of, be careful not to break the paper thin cable attached to these units.

Hi I trhought I .read somewhere that this level service error is not reset thru SP,but with power off and on.Does anyone know if this is correct? Thanks Andy

This sc reset itself when the problem is solved.

hello< I have a the same problem Ricoh Sp 830dn. send me Error code SC370-00, I can't not fix the problem. please send me the service manual.
