You never replied to what MOZA suggested earlier - have you confirmed that IEEE 802.11X Authentication is disabled in User Tools. If active, this will give the symptoms you're having. I've had this happen to me on several occasions.

From the Global Knowledge Base -
        [Symptom]
Printing does not work (No reply is returned for PING command.). Copying works normally. The optional wireless LAN is not supported.
        Note:
On the printed configuration page, the IP address setting is correct. But, on the NIB summary, the specified IP address is not reflected.
Under "IEEE 802.1X Settings", "Ethernet" is "On".

        [Cause]
[IEEE 802.1X Authentication for Ethernet] is set to [Active] in the [Interface Settings] tab under [System Settings].
        Note:
Note that there are some similar symptoms. The sales division and customers can change the initial settings.
        [Solution]
Set [IEEE 802.1X Authentication for Ethernet] to [Inactive] in the [Interface Settings] tab under [System Settings].

        Note2:
[IEEE 802.1X Authentication for Ethernet] will not be set to [Inactive] when [Format All Data] under [System Settings] is executed.
Also, [IEEE 802.1X Authentication for Ethernet] will not be set to [Inactive] when SP5801-001 (Memory Clear: All Clear) is executed.
[IEEE 802.1X Authentication for Ethernet] can be set to [Inactive] by executing [Restore IEEE 802.1X Authentication to Defaults] under [System Settings] -> [Interface Settings].

Printing from network no reaction on the MPC 4000. But printing using USB connection can print out.

Exchange Main Controller unit with another MPC 4000. still the same (The other unit with the problem unit's main controller unit can print)

can we try change other broads to solve the problem. Thank
Please, print the report of NIB settings from SP5-990-007 and place on forum the scanned image.

Clearly, the address book is populated for users that are supposed to authenticate and the web monitor management is turned off in user tools!

            To fix:

-Enter Ricoh Factory Service Mode (I won't tell you here!...If you have half a brain, you can find it!).

-Go to SP5846-046 which clears ALL Supervisor & Admin Passwords--back to factory default!

            -Restart machine.

-Go into user tools and set machine management authentication for all methods to OFF!

You should then be able to manage the machine from any web page and not get the 403 error code!

Not unless you have it backed up, or printed the non default data( AKA the birth certificate) or you will have a very long BAD day...........

But I can't find the setting on the MPC4000. I notice that the primary difference between the two is the Access Control Range settings. That is what CRISTIAN MULLER said for you to check back in the fourth reply to this thread. What is the reason that you waited so long to check it. Had you used SP 5801-011, Clear NCS, which was also suggested, it would have cleared it for you.
