    mpc4503 sc 271-70

    hi all

    i have this problem with ricoh mpc4503 its give me SC 271-70

    i reset the machine and turn off but the code is still

    i searched this SC in troubleshooting but i didn't find any think

    any one can help me please

    Do you mean 721-70?

      If it is 721-70 it has to do with tray1 lift.

        I thought SC721-70 was related to the finisher shift tray paper height sensor....

        There is a harness that has not been routed properly and the end of the sensor catches on it causing this issue...

        There is a bulletin on this service code if your finisher is a SR3150/SR3160

          The service manual just says Tray 1 lift but it probably is shift tray 1 on the finisher.
