i have this machine spc 311n ...its give me error SC 542

i now with that mean its error in fusing unit but i don't know how i input to the Sp mode to reset error

any one can help me please

Not sure what the code is try reseting it via the ops panal Press the UP and DOWN arrow keys together for 5 seconds or more, and then press the OK key. enter service mode 5-810
