Quick dial/one touch buttons not working

Hi there,

I have recently setup an MP171 to scan to folder and setup presets for this via the WIM.

It's working fine apart from the fact that the numbered preset buttons to the left of the front panel aren't working?

I've set this up before and obviously whoever is registration number 03 in the address book should pop up when you hit the 03 button but nothing happens?

Is it in scanner mode before you press the button?

"Nothing"? or it says "Not programmed"?
And are you choosing the right destination (Ie: Folder? Email?)
