    Ricoh Aficio 700

    I have a couple of copiers that are popping SC386, they are resetting, but are annoying. My customer primary jobs are printing. I've replaced the print controller with a known good working one. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

      Try formatting the hard drive SP4 911 002. If that's no help, you might try swapping out the BICU.
      the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
