    Ricoh MP 3010 Scan

I'm new to Ricoh machine, below is the problem I encountered when setup scanning...

PC and MFP is connected to wireless router modem.

Scan to folder - When using fix ip address, scan to folder working, but when changed to computer name, it fail...

I already configured DNS as router gateway, or google/local ISP dns, but still can't get it up...Anythings that I might missed?

At the MP 3010, make sure to set the workgroup name to match the workgroup/homegroup name being used on the computer(s).

I have also encountered problems with wireless interface settings blocking NETBios name resolution. Usually it is the computer interface blocking incoming name requests.

Both devices connected to the router wired using network cable.

Machine & PC is in same workgroup, from the panel of Ricoh machine, when browsing network, able to see the pc name, but not able to connect...

              mp3010_FirmwareVersion.jpg

Other than that, based on the system info, it show only 4.1GB capacity for document server...Is the capacity from SD Card? or only 4.1GB space of HDD allocated for document server, the rest is for images file?

Network Support, NCS, needs to be updated to version 5.19 to scan to Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2.
