If you had read his first post, you would realize that he had a tech work on it already and said that the machine all checked out fine. He was asking for suggestions as to what, other then the machine itself, he could check since he does not have IT and apparently the copier tech didn't offer to help.

If you have few computers on the network and one of them has Sharing ON on printer driver, non of the computers will print from time to time.
Go to each computers Ricoh printer driver, printer property, Sharing and make sure that sharing is off on all of them
