I have never had to do a memory clear (sp-5801) in order to correct a SC-350 error code. A memory clear should be one of the last things to try.

sc 350 is an id sensor error you can check this in sp mode 3103
and it will tell what the values are. Id sesor v should be 4v.It could be as simple as running id sensor voltage adjustment sp 3001-02 which automatically adjust id volt. Your problem could be a dirty id sensor however unlikely Drum cleaning problem would give poor id sensor voltage. cleaning dev roller and changing developer and drum would fix your problem.

          Good luck
