MPC2011sp - washed out black - SOLVED!
I had a scratch your head moment, after a field tech worked on a MPC2011 and the black was washed out in the top part of the image (see the attached sample.
Quite a bit of legwork later, I discovered that the back of the 3 colour pcdus have a black cover that contains a copper earth strap that connects (what looks like) the end of the mag roller, to the frame. Without it, the prints look like in the photo!

Just FYI incase someone has a similar issue sometime in the future.
