    Ricoh MPC2000

    I just purchased a Ricoh MPC2000 but when I turned it on the LED screen reads Please wait.... but nothing else happens. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

      If the machine has a hard drive, It probably is either bad or needs to be reformatted. I've seen more bad ones though.
      If time permits, you might want to ask about that problem in the following forum:

      A lot more people with Ricoh experience are there.

          Thank you for your response. I opened it up and found that the hard drive was removed. Once I installed a hard drive the copier started up like it supposed to and worked perfectly.
