Ok, having a weird problem that's thrown me for a bit of a loop. I'm not getting a jam code, and even in the event log, this jam doesn't show. So I'm having paper coming out of tray 1, and every 5th copy or so, it stops just before the fusing unit, and it has 2 pieces of paper together, with some of the print from the 1st copy on the 2nd sheet of paper and they overlap. Now, the customer had broken the feed sensor, so I just replaced it and the duplex sensor together since they are on the same assembly. After replacing it, I still get the same problem, nothing else seems to be broken, or out of place, any help is appreciated thanks.
