A customer informed me that when he tries to scan from the computer.(right clicks on the printer, chooses scan) when the window opens to scan, it will not give
PDF as an option, only jpeg, tiff and something else I never heard of. Cannot scroll down to or see pdf as an option.
His machine was installed with the disk provided with the machine, he even tried install from website driver.
Any ideas?
