[Misc] Samsung CLX 9250 Scan to Gmail

We successfully configure the email via the web interface with a successful test, but the error still comes up at the bottom of the scan to email tab

When standing at the copier the scan job status print out just says failed, but the screen flashes authentication error briefly. .

Attached are the screen shots of the good test and the error.


I believe we have the most current firmware loaded also?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Have you enabled less secure apps in the gmail account?

Also I had one that had an authentication error on a gmail account that did not have 2 step verification on.
If you log into the account on site it should remember the external IP of the site and work from then on.
