We successfully configure the email via the web interface with a successful test, but the error still comes up at the bottom of the scan to email tab
When standing at the copier the scan job status print out just says failed, but the screen flashes authentication error briefly. .
Attached are the screen shots of the good test and the error.
I believe we have the most current firmware loaded also?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
