Samsung sl x3280 problem with energy saving

have this samsung multixpress sl x3280 that goes into energy saving after a few minutes .... but it does not reactivate at the moment of use ... by lifting the original cover or by pressing the power button on the control panel the display remains off and does not enable no function ... you have to unplug and hang up to make it work ... after thirty minutes the same problem switches off and does not reactivate .... someone can show me what it can be ... thanks

Thanks Giuboss for your attention .. yes I have updated the firmware and disabled the energy saving ... unfortunately no more than 30 minutes ... over thirty minutes the display turns off and the power light stays on ... I try to raise the original cover or to press the power button but the display does not reactivate ... to make it work I have to turn the main switch off and on ... having to be careful not to exceed 30 minutes otherwise it goes into stand by again and you have to do it again the same procedure as before.
