    Samsung CLP-610

Says to install Transfer Belt, but the Belt is installed. Contacts seem to be clean. The printer will not let me do anything to it so i cant tell how many pages are on the machine to know if the belt life is reached. Has anyone had the problem before? I was thinking Belt or Voltage PWB but i want a second opinion. Customer is down. I also posted this on the printers forum as well but i saw others posting here so i thought double the chance to get a viable suggestion.

most likely the belt itself. Not a cheap gamble but in most of our experiences it usually just needs a new belt unit.
