installed 0.33 firmware and now wont print.. also cant roll firmware back as the firmware update "Browse" button is greyed out

hate is a wasted emotion!, why don't you use the USB updater, have the fw and updater on the same directory and drag and drop the fw onto the updater, simple!

There's a setting in admin mode to disallow firmware updates, don't recall if it's via the control panel or from the web interface tho. This happened to me.. if its the same thing then the config sheet that u can print from the system menu iirc won't show the pcl or ps versions. In fact they'll be missing.... Try finding the firmware update disable function (re-enable it) then roll back and see what happens!

In admin mode it's located in the "Security Settings".
