Not that familiar with this machine. I have a service manual, but it lacks what I need. The issue when I arrived was on the op panel "Ejector Fault". Turning the machine off/on resolved that.
Here is where I need guidance:
Someone there told me they were running about 160 pages and about every 30 pages the machine would say the finisher was full. So, we ran about 40 and it did not say full. What it did do is curl up a few of the outputted copies. Down by the tray on the finisher is what looks like a paddle wheel that sticks out just above the tray. It does not rotate. The paper would come out 3 at a time and lay on the thing sticking out, the tray would go down and back up, which caused the paper to drop and now would be under the thing sticking out. I know this can't be normal. Should it rotate? Cannot find squat in the manual about the operation of the finisher. Its fin 11s. Need some help on this one.
