I have a 6345n that is not showing the legal size tray as an option from copying from. I was there last week with the same problem. I pulled out the legal tray and checked the paper tray sensor, seemed ok. Turned machine off and back on and the tray was then recognized. I was thinking maybe the firmware needs updating, however, the distributor that I was using was bought out and now I do not know where to get tech support from, including getting the latest firmware. Any suggestions from someone out there?
