    Samsung CLP-680ND - No yellow

    I have a Samsung CLP-680ND which is not printing out yellow. I have eliminated the yellow cartridge and computer printer settings as I am printing out the demo page direct from the printer. Can anyone please help?

    As written in Samsung CLP-680ND Manual reasons and solution for this issue are if you've just changed the ink cartridges, especially if you're not using original samsung ones, then there may be a problem with the cartridges themselves or the installation.Run Nozzle Check', which will test the nozzles in the print head and help you diagnose the problem.

      I don't think he'll find a Nozzle Check or any ink cartridge. The 680 is a laser based device. No ink. No nozzles. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          I had a couple of transfer belts where the roller under the transfer belt isn't being pushed up high enough to make contact.

          If your imaging unit is fine I would look there.

            J.C.! YOU PEOPLE JUST -= LOVE=- OPENING UP DEAD THREADS!

            LOOK AT THE FRIGGING DATE OF A THREAD... IF IT IS MORE THAN 6 MOS OLD... more than likely the OP gave up/found a fix and didn't post it here...

            PLEASE FOR GOD'S SAKE.. IF a thread is that old.. you tried the suggestions .. didn't fix YOUR issue ...

            START A NEW THREAD... tell us the problem/error code ... what you have tried .. and prove that you: 1) have the manual 2) have attempted to resolve the issue instead of just plopping it in our laps for us to solve for you.!
