    E7-93 MXM365N

Hello Guys,I am getting an E7-93 code on an MXM365N MFP, I have cleared the code with sim16 and it never came back, however the real problem with the MFP came up when it wont allow me print 22-6, The MFP would just sit there and nothing happens, any idea what can be the cause of this? I can do a list print though, any ideas?thanks in advance.

executing sim 16 can do weird things including wiping data . any chance you made a backup of eeprom data ?

I was wondering why TC 16 was used instead of TC 14. The E7-93 is saying that there is an image data process error pointing to the HDD or MFP pwb.
TC 16 is to clear a U2 error code.

replace sd card. these are known to fail. I usually just create my own and use photography grade sd cards that do not fail. have never had to replace one after I have replaced with my own.
