Hi all.
I have an fnx5 which is on a hercules that's giving a lot of osaefmj and osaemj jams and also staple exit jams. Running through the finisher without stapling is fine. It seems as when the paper leaves the part where 3 sheets are held and about to be fed into the pullout unit where it gets stapled. I have clean all sensors. Last time I went it did 500 sets of stapled jobs without any problem.
2 days later same issue. Anyone with experience on fnx5 have any ideas? The machine has done 9.6 milion!
