We have a MX-M550 with a finisher that continues to have stapling issues. It is a high volume ALL STAPLING account. We have replaced the staple head itself once and the staple cartridges multiple times. It STILL will not advance staples and/or not folding the staple. ANY ideas? Thanks in advance!
