After one copy done the display shows add paper even if there is paper in it, any ideas ???

clutch is sticking or feed tires need cleaning/replacement

make sure the paper goes up and dpwn real easy in the cassette

Also make sure that the size is set for the paper that is installed in drawer. If it is set for legal and Ltr is installed it will give yo this type of error

Turn out to be the gear box that was dirty ,cleaning the shaft and a bit of lube and everything's fine now ,thanks for the inputs
