    MX2310 A3 Issue

Hi I have a 2310 that's having a problem when feeding A3, the paper is exiting on to the tray but after a few copies the paper starts to roll up on the tray rather than exiting flat after about 3 sheets this causes a jam.
I have changed the roller in the upper fuser guide and the roller in the delivery unit but this has not made any difference. to make it worse out of curiosity i've tried the same thing on three other 2310 machines and two of them have the same problem, luckily they do not use A3.
Im wondering if something is warped a little. Has anyone else experienced this? I will just add that it was fresh paper from a new pack and by no means damp in anyway lol...

Are the 4 delivery sponge' still there? They look like thin foam rollers, and they bend the paper so it comes out straight.

Hi yes the foam is all there and in good condition, this was my first thought as these put a curve in the paper giving it strength.
      thanks for your input though.
