So I have 2 of these machines in one office all set up and working fine apart from one machine sends email notifications for low toner/out of toner and one doesn't.
Having checked and double checked the settings I cannot see what is different and why it isn't working. I've even cloned the settings from the working machine to the other one and it still doesn't work?
Anyone seen this?
